While we understand life comes at you fast, in the nature of our industry we do require all cancellations be notified within 24 hours of your appointment! Cancellations with less notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the service. No show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service.
 
Additionally, if you need to reschedule please notify your esthetician within 24 hours of the appointment.
 
If you are running late, please notify your esthetician BEFORE your appointment time! While we will always do our best to accommodate you, we will not be able to see you if your appointment runs into our next.
 
Please come alone to your appointment! We take pride in our space and want to provide a safe and calm environment, especially during more intimate services. We cannot allow children, friends, or significant others to accompany you, as we are carefully complying with Multnomah County’s distancing rules.
 
A face covering is required to be worn at all times within our facility, with the exception of during a facial service. Your esthetician will remain masked at all times until further notice of lifted restrictions.
 
If you are feeling sick in any way, with any type of symptoms, PLEASE do not try and come to your appointment! Not only does this put your esthetician at risk, it puts everyone else we see at risk as well!

We promise to uphold safety and sanitation requirements, maintain a clean and welcoming environment for you, and have open communication. If there is something you do not see on our menu, or you are looking for additional services that we do not provide, we promise to do our best to offer recommendations and point you in the right direction!
